As a woman in STEM, I understand the value of experiential and frank guidance. More so, because I struggled to find good mentorship. This drives me to change the system. I believe that knowledge is like money, you only get more if you invest it. And I'm willing to invest my time and knowledge to help others achieve their absolute best, and hopefully, learn from them.
